We are seeking 2 friendly, motivated administrators to join our team!!
Job Focus – to provide exceptional customer support to the public and stakeholders within the Simcoe Grey area. Offices are located in Alliston, and in Stayner.
- To answer telephones and provide guidance to callers on a daily basis
- To respond to email enquiries and follow up with required actions
- To serve clients in-person
- Ongoing case management support
- Maintain respective data bases
- Other office related duties
- To assist with arranging and attending community events
- Take pictures and provide support at events as required
- Attend and participate in scheduled Team meetings
- Light cleaning and light snow clearing
- Offer and implement suggestions on efficiencies and more effective operations
Use of Technology – Microsoft Applications, Excel, CRM, Database Management, and related applications
Education/Experience – A minimum of 5 years experience in customer service, related education, drivers’ licence, and car, highly organized, ability to navigate systems, writing skills, local knowledge an asset, a wiling collaborator
