Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team for the summer and early fall season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a variety of administrative tasks. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth business functions, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration: Accurately process employee hours and submit payroll on schedule.
Inventory Management: Track, order, and organize inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and input data into internal systems.
Reservation Booking: Manage customer reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
Customer Service: Respond to phone and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Website Management: Update website content, manage online bookings, and ensure information is current.

Skills Required

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic website management tools
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with payroll and inventory software is an asset
