Description

Provide administrative and clerical support to Leadec site team and to the customer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handling of inventory for Plant 1 daily leading to creating weekly and monthly reports for the customer using Microsoft access and excel
  • Create quotes and order products for Leadec either through customer
  • Conduct weekly walks throughout the plant to take down magnehelic recordings of certain areas (twice a week)
  • Conduct annual filter and robot cover counts or whenever needed
  • Responsible for updating operation procedures annually or as need to basis working with the appropriate team lead or person in charge to update necessary steps or other related information for the task
  • Updating employee information as needed including safety matrixes, personal data etc.
  • Take over employee engagement activities
  • Responsible for creating monthly reports off of Leadec OS software for Leadec management
  • Oversee Uniform program in placing orders when needed and reviewing weekly invoices
  • Post job advertisement on various job boards, conduct preliminary phone screening interview and contact candidate with orientation details if hired
  • Creating and reviewing the hiring package for new hires
  • Occasionally, conduct safety orientation training for new hires
  • Responsible for conducting employee evaluations at 30-60-90 day
  • All other duties assigned by Leadec management or Customer at their requests

Position Requirements:
• 1+ year(s) of progressive responsibilities in office administration preferred
• Intermediate level of computer skills preferred
• Previous invoicing/billing processing experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Must take weekly walks for magnehelic readings – certain areas have monitors at heights that a ladder must be used
• Occasionally, expected to pick up packages from Storage area using pump truck or carrying of box(es)
• The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate to high)
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
Work is performed in an industrial manufacturing environment with significant time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
