Primary Responsibilities:
Territory Canvassing
- Walk door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods daily.
- Target areas impacted by recent weather-related events (e.g., storms).
- Follow mapped routes and strategic targeting criteria provided by management.
Homeowner Engagement
- Initiate conversations with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner.
- Clearly and confidently explain the benefits of the company’s roofing and exteriors services.
- Assess homeowner interest and qualify leads for further consultation.
Appointment Scheduling
- Set up free, no-obligation inspections or estimates with interested homeowners.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure accurate recording of contact details and appointment times.
- Confirm appointments through follow-up calls or visits, when required.
Lead Data Management
- Accurately record all lead information using company-provided systems or forms.
- Submit leads to the appropriate sales personnel or CRM platform promptly.
- Track personal performance metrics daily and report to team leads or managers.
Team Collaboration
- Work as part of a field team to achieve collective and individual lead generation targets.
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Support fellow canvassers and share best practices for success.
Professional Representation
- Represent the company’s brand with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and approachable appearance while in the field.
- Uphold company values and comply with ethical canvassing standards.
Performance & Goal Setting
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation quotas.
- Remain motivated by performance-based commissions and bonus incentives.
- Take ownership of personal productivity and strive for continuous improvement.
Feedback & Development
- Accept coaching and feedback from supervisors and trainers.
- Attend training sessions and team workshops as scheduled.
- Remain adaptable and open to changes in canvassing strategies or processes.
Safety & Conduct
- Abide by all safety protocols while working in residential areas.
- Respect homeowner property and privacy at all times.
- Report any incidents or unusual situations to management immediately.
Pay: $41,600.00-$100,000.00 per year
