Surplus Furniture and Mattress Warehouse is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Barrie.

What You’ll Do:
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and help customers select furniture and mattresses that fit their needs
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales goals
• Process sales transactions and complete required documentation
• Maintain showroom appearance and merchandise displays
• Support daily store operations
Compensation:
• Starting wage: $17.60/hour
• Full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week)
• Monthly performance-based incentives available
Our incentive program provides additional earning opportunities based on monthly sales performance. Employees who meet their sales targets may receive additional payments through a tiered incentive structure starting at 5%.
