Customer service Representative- Job Description
The individual in this position will assist in all aspects of customer service. Assisting in checking in the customers upon arrival, assisting at the redemption counter, cleaning bathrooms, cafe area and entrance and child supervision within the play structure. Applicant must be available to work weekends, this is a primarily a weekend role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The applicant should greet customers, explain policies and complete monetary transaction upon arrival
- The applicant will be able to physically climb within the structure to clean as needed
- The applicant will clean bathrooms, cafe area and office routinely on shift
- Communicates clearly and appropriately with children, parents, staff and others
- Maintains confidentiality
- Keeps clear lines of communication open with supervisor to flag issues & identify opportunities proactively
- Demonstrates outstanding customer service and value through daily actions, work habits and interactions with children, parents, and staff
Specific Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and be able see, hear, and respond to children’s needs, including reaching high, stooping to the child’s level, sitting on the floor and getting up. Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time (majority of a shift)
- CPR and First Aid trained an asset
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
Work Location: In person
