We are actively looking for a quick learning Outside Assessment Specialist to join our team who loves dealing with people!

Job Description

Our ideal candidate is an unabashed ambitious individual with a strong work ethic that takes great pride in their work! This person must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets.

This job is about people, and spending time as an Assessment Specialist out in the field. Primary duties include; running appointments, performing ride-along appointments, conducting inspections, attending sales meetings weekly, training, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

***A company owned vehicle, gas card.***

Compensation package:

• Straight Commission pay

Schedule:

• Daily scheduled appointments throughout the day
• Evenings as needed
• Weekends as needed
• Trade Shows

License/Certification:

• Clean Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Simcoe County, Grey County, Muskoka, Haliburton, Parry Sound District, Huntsville District (Required)

Work Location: In Person / On the road / Head Office for meetings

Must reside in the Barrie or surrounding area, or be willing to relocate at own expense

Job Type: Full-time Straight Commission with HUGE opportunities of income around: $105,000.00 - $350,000.00+ per year
