Position Overview

The Sous Chef will support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced food service setting while helping ensure high-quality meals, food safety compliance, and excellent service for residents.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing kitchen or retirement staff
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and hospitality best practices
• Hands-on experience in food service operations and customer satisfaction
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience required
• Experience within the retirement industry is considered an asset
