Line Supervisor

HK Kolmar Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Line Supervisor to oversee production operations and lead a team of manufacturing employees. The successful candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production line operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate production staff.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Identify and resolve production, quality, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and work areas.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to meet production goals.
• Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with cGMP is an asset.
• English proficiency required.
