Ventresca Law's team is a busy practice that relies heavily on walk-in clienteles. We are looking for an Administration Assistant (preferably 1-5 years of exp.). The ideal candidate will get involved in the coordination of all aspects of office administration, reception, account management and extensive client liaison. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your customer service and administration skills in this varied and valued role.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Client liaison, including telephone enquiries from customer, owners & contractors.
• Managing the reception and front-of-house area.
• Preparation of reports, letters opening and closing files.
• Witnessing Wills & Assisting in Lawyers meetings.
• Adhoc administration duties as required.
Skills Required
Skills:
Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Gmail, Xl and general acumen for computers.
Six month probationary period;
References required.
