Client Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)

KASE Body Works is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and client-focused individual to join our growing team as a Client Experience Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who loves the beauty and wellness industry and enjoys creating a welcoming, high-end experience for every client.

Position Details

• Part-Time Hours:
  • Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Sundays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Allow 30 minute clean up time to each shift

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional presence
• Guide clients through treatments and answer basic service questions
• Assist with treatment flow and client comfort
• Support booking, scheduling, and client follow-ups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment
• Help create an exceptional overall client experience
• Nightly close up cleaning

What You’ll Need
Strong people skills and a love of working with the public
An outgoing, positive personality
Interest in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry
Comfortable using computers (training provided on our booking system, Jane)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
