We are seeking an experienced Concrete Polisher to join our team. This role involves finishing and polishing concrete surfaces in commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential settings. Work is completed on-site at various customer locations in a physically demanding, dusty, and noisy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Impart desired finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools

• Grind, buff, vacuum, wax, and polish floors

• Apply hardeners, sealers, lacquers, epoxies, and other surface treatments

• Operate polishers, grouting machines, and concrete finishing equipment

• Ensure quality workmanship and maintain safety standards

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of concrete polishing experience

• Secondary school diploma

• WHMIS certification

• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, and clean driver’s abstract

• Own PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves)

• Bondable
