Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented HVAC Installer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, along with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions clients may have.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Experience:
- Blueprint reading: 3 years (required)
- Maintenance: 3 years (required)
- HVAC: 5 years (required)
Work Location: In person
Skills Required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
Valid HVAC certification and/or relevant licenses.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
