Kitchen Manager/Cook

Retirement Home requires a Cook/Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities include inventory and ordering stock required each week.

Cooking lunch and dinner meals.

Inventory monthly, supervising staff, interviewing new Residents for dietary restrictions, allergies, likes/dislikes as well as speaking with Residents daily as to how their meal was. 

Scheduling staff

Record keeping of temperatures for both equipment and food, abide by Health Units regulations in regards to cleaning and disinfecting, adhere to cleaning schedule and watch calendar for special meals and birthdays of Residents
