Crown Cares Nursery Inc. is currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscape Technicians for the upcoming season.

Whether you have previous landscaping experience or are looking to start a new career, we would like to hear from you. Experience is considered an asset; however, we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with landscaping and property maintenance projects
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials
• Perform general grounds maintenance and site clean-up
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Skills Required

Qualifications:
• Landscaping experience is an asset but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's licence is considered an asset
• Reliable transportation is recommended, as work sites are located in Mono and surrounding communities
