Description
The Heights Ski & Country Club is seeking motivated and reliable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team for the upcoming season beginning in late May.
This role involves preparing and executing menu items for restaurant service, weddings, special events, and themed dining nights. Successful candidates will work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
- Assist with banquet and event food preparation
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members during service
- Available afternoon, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
Food Handler Certification considered an asset
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation required (limited/no public transit available)
