Murphy’s Farm – Field Labourer

We are in need of individuals who thrive in an outdoor work environment, are motivated, and are flexible. The position requires physical strength and will most likely result in a highly covetable ‘farmer’s tan’. We are looking for hard-working and energetic team members to help us plant, maintain and harvest our fruits and vegetable crops on our farm. Responsibilities include picking vegetables, weeding, packing, and grading produce. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works well independently and as part of a team, and is up for a challenge. We need someone that prides themselves on a job well done, that is adaptable, and ultimately gets stuff done.
