Site Coordinator – Canoe/Kayak Instructor

Abilities in Motion is a registered charity dedicated to providing paddle opportunities for people with disabilities. We are looking for a Site Coordinator/Canoe/Kayak Instructor to join our Alliston Team. This position is Hybrid with requirements to be on site (Earl Rowe Provincial Park) and will run from May to September.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe and adaptive canoe/kayak instruction to participants of varying abilities.

- Ensure water safety protocols are followed during all paddle sessions.

- Assist with equipment preparation, maintenance and storage.

- Create an inclusive and supportive environment for participants.

Requirements:

- Level 1-4 Basic Canoeing certification (certification training may be provided for a successful candidate)
