About Rose Up Fitness
Rose Up Fitness is a new training facility opening in Alliston with a mission to help athletes and adults become stronger, healthier, and more confident through individualized coaching, accountability, and community support.
Founded by a Canadian Olympic Gold Medalist, Rose Up Fitness was created to bring high-quality coaching and athlete-focused training to the community.
We are not a traditional gym. Our members receive personalized programming, coaching, and support in a positive and motivating environment.
As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for a passionate and driven Studio Manager & Lead Coach who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
This is an opportunity to play an important role in shaping the culture, member experience, coaching standards, and future growth of Rose Up Fitness.
Position Overview
The Studio Manager & Lead Coach will oversee the daily operations of the facility while delivering high-quality coaching experiences for members.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, fitness coaching, relationship building, and being part of a growing company.
Responsibilities
Studio Manager Duties:
- Oversee daily studio operations
• Support member onboarding and create a positive client experience
• Manage scheduling and coordinate coaching staff
• Support membership retention and client relationships
• Maintain facility organization and cleanliness
• Assist with marketing, events, and community initiatives
• Support hiring and staff development
Lead Coach Duties:
- Deliver small group personal training sessions
• Coach youth athlete performance programs
• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations
• Create and adjust training programs
• Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to members
• Build strong relationships with athletes, adults, and families
Assets:
- Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
• Experience coaching youth athletes
• Experience with strength and conditioning programs
Successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check prior to employment.

Qualifications
Required:
• Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, CanFitPro, CSEP-CPT, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA-CPT, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED Certification
• Minimum 2 years of studio management experience
• Experience leading group training sessions
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing staff, facilities, or operations
• Experience with sales or membership retention
