Not going back to college until September. Going into Baking & Pastry. I switched from Culinary for safety reasons.
When I first start Nottawasaga Pines, I met my teachers, got good grades through out the school year. Graduated in 2022
- Got the highest mark in some of my classes in 2nd semester
- Got awards from grade 9
Experience
Every morning at almost around 8:00, I help collect and measure ingredients, pay attention to what the chef is showing us to know what to do when we go back to our station. Present our plating to the chef, clean up until dismissal time.
Based on where and what type of job duty I am, I help chop and cook food until service. I help wash dishes, sweep, and clean up until it's dismissal time.
Every morning when I come in the Deli, I put the salads in a new bowl and put them in the shelf to look new and neat. Then I wash the dishes, help with the sandwiches (to put them out), pizzas, and other foods that the other workers need me to help with. I clean up my station, check food expiry dates.
Every morning I help chop ingredients, cook, wash dishes, clean the kitchen and serve youth and staff.
