Warehouse / Production Material Handler

Job Summary

Responsible for receiving, moving, and supplying materials to support warehouse and production operations. Ensures incoming shipments are accurate and materials are properly stored and tracked.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading trucks and verifying shipments against packing slips.
• Check weights, quantities, and product codes.
• Label pallets and transport materials to designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse locator records.
• Supply production departments with packaging materials and samples.
• Complete inventory counts as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Follow company policies, report operational concerns, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid forklift license and forklift operating experience.
• WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) training.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Inventory and shipping/receiving experience are considered assets.
• BT Runner experience is an asset.
