Seeking hardworking dependable individual that desires to learn and work in the mortgage and insurance financial service industry. As a Mortgage and Insurance office assistant, your primary responsibility will be to manage customer deals, learning the end to end sales process and ensuring documentation is signed and compliant. An enthusiastic desire to learn and be a part of a financial service company that helps clients achieve their mortgage and financial goals will be paramount for an interested applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
-Load credit deals in filogix system
-Ensure deals are compliant
-Book appointment for staff
-Provide customer service
-Complete mortgage broker and insurance licensing course
-Update pipelines and CRM systems
-Coordinate and participate in the sales recruitment process
-Manage social media and website
-Event planning for networking events
-Email phone and meeting management
Skills Required
Qualifications:
High school or above
Must be able to follow instructions and work independently.
Social media savvy
Desire and ability to study and complete mortgage and insurance courses.
Car required
