Wireless Store Manager

About the Opportunity

The Mobile Shop is looking for a Wireless Store Manager to lead their team at the Real Canadian Superstore location in Wasaga Beach.

The Store Manager will lead and support a team of Wireless Sales Representatives while helping customers find mobile, home, and business solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Wireless Sales Representatives.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and customer service goals.
• Engage with customers and identify their wireless needs.
• Recommend mobile, home, and business solutions from leading providers such as Bell, Virgin Plus, Rogers, Fido, Chatr, Lucky, and PC Mobile.
• Explain mobile plans, devices, promotions, pricing, and features to customers.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members.
• Stay up to date on wireless products, promotions, devices, and industry trends.
• Promote the benefits of the PC Optimum loyalty program.

Qualifications

The employer is typically looking for candidates who have:

• 2–3 years of management experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working toward or achieving sales targets is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$75,000 annually, including hourly pay and uncapped commissions.
