Are you out of school, between the ages of 15-30 and wondering what your next step should be? Have you experienced anxiety about transitioning into the workforce? This Youth Employment Program is your chance to be paid while you upgrade your employment skills. Participants will take part in a paid (at minimum wage) 4 Week Employment Readiness Program & obtain their Soft Skills Training Solutions Certification.
The program will teach you the skills you need to be an excellent employee as we assist with obtaining a 5 Week Paid Work Experience. Participants will then transition into a 14 Week Paid Work Placement.
