Irrigation Technician

Overview

McKever Irrigation is looking for a reliable, hardworking Irrigation Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role focused on installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems.

We’re a solid crew that takes pride in doing things right, showing up, and getting the job done properly.

Experience with irrigation systems is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install irrigation systems (trenching, pipe layout, system setup)
• Troubleshoot and repair systems (leaks, valves, wiring, controllers)
• Perform seasonal work (start-ups, blowouts, adjustments)
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Work with the team to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
• Follow safety procedures on-site

- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record (required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
